With a decade immersed in the world of Pilates, KAYLA, who trained in the USA and Canada, is a certified Pilates instructor dedicated to guiding you on your wellness journey. Armed with experience, KAYLA is passionate about sculpting bodies and elevating fitness experiences. With a solid foundation in Pilates, barre and strength techniques, KAYLA brings precision, creativity, and enthusiasm to each class, helping you achieve strength, flexibility, and grace. KAYLA
With 8 years experience working in Pilates in Brazil, LORENA brings her experience to Kuwait to teach at Slo Flo. She has a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy, and a master in Pilates, acupuncture and massage therapy. LORENA will guide you through your fitness journey to tone, strengthen and improve your overall posture and health.

Inclined towards yoga since her teenage years, MEETA became a certified yoga teacher at the age of 15. MEETA is an ardent yoga and meditation practitioner with 13 years of teaching experience. MEETA offers a wide range of classes from dynamic to gentle forms of yoga, pre/postnatal yoga, and rehabilitation yoga to suit your every need. Reach your flexibility goals with hands-on corrections and assisted stretching. Find your mental peace with MEETA’s holistic approach that includes relaxation techniques, breath work and meditation.
